Using a built-in profile
For some burner models, we offer a built-in profile that can be used when installing the burner on a flammable
surface. The built-in profile is made of a 3 mm thick steel plate and makes sure that there is no direct contact
between the bioethanol burner and the surrounding.
The built-in profile is available for the following burners:
• BIO316 - Superior Manual Burner 45 cm
• BIO324 - Superior Manual Burner 60 cm
• BIO317 - Superior Manual Burner 80 cm
• BIO322 - Superior Manual Burner 100 cm
The opening underneath the built-in profile needs to be a minimum of 5 mm smaller than the size of the profile plate.
Ideally, the built-in profile is to be milled into the top panel of your design to make a seamless and flush finish. If
desired, this can be glued with heat-resistant adhesive.
Remember to keep enough distance around the built-in profile to avoid that heat from the burner will damage any
surroundings.
