Fasten the BUSHINGS (6) to the ENDS (E and F). Use two 13/16"

PAN HEAD SCREWS (14) through the BUSHINGS, through the
LIFT TABLE MECHANISMS (9), and into the ENDS.
NOTE: Do not overtighten the SCREWS.
