5. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
5.1. Mains-power supply unit connection
Connect the 220 Vac mains power supply to terminals 1 (L), 2 (N) and 3(PE) of the power
supply unit.
5.2. Motors connection
Connect motor 1 power cables to terminals 4 and 5 of the PLC control unit and motor 2 cables
to terminals 6 and 7.
In particular, the blue cables must be connected to the negative pole (-24V) and the red cables
to the positive pole (+24V).
5.3. FORCE AND SPEED adjustment
The driving force and motor speed can be adjusted using the selector switches installed
on the electronic board.
P.N. The high speed (v.alta) must be set the same for both electronic boards.
Low speed (v.bassa) must not be changed.
5.4 Push button connection
Connection can be made to any man-present interlocked button by connecting the
contact with terminals 8, 9 and 10 of the control unit..
