Quick Start Guide
The device is designed, tested and approved for branch circuits up to 20 A
(UL) and 32 A (IEC) without additional protection device.
If an external fuse is used, use B or C characteristic circuit breakers with at
➤
least 6 A to avoid a nuisance tripping of the circuit breaker.
Operating
CAUTION
Hot surfaces
Burn risk
Do not touch the housing during operation or shortly after power-off.
➤
The green Status LED reports an output above 90 % of the adjusted voltage.
Relay OK contact
The Relay OK contact (ROK, s. fig. 3) monitors the output voltage. The contact
is closed, the Status LED green lights up green.
Contact ratings:
■
60 VDC: 0.3 A
■
30 VDC: 1 A
■
30 VAC: 0.5 A for resistive loads
The device is safe in case of a single phase loss. An external protection is not
necessary.

■
Monitoring mode (normal operation)
Actual output power = percentage of max. 500 W (100 % = 500 W)
Values above 100 % are shown in orange.
■
Configuration mode
Button [Voltage Set]
Hold for 3 s Configuration mode, all LEDs flash shortly.
The currently set output voltage is displayed via the LED bar.
Hold for 1 s Mode "Set output voltage"
Set the output voltage by using the [] [] buttons.

Set value
The set value for output voltage or tripping current is indicated via
the LED bar. All orange LEDs are off. The setting becomes effective
immediately.
Without further pressing of push-buttons, the LED bar will return from any
other mode to normal mode after 15 s.

The device must not be repaired by the user. Take defective devices out of
operation. Observe our return acceptance conditions when returning the
device to Turck.
Disposal
The devices must be disposed of correctly and must not be included in
normal household garbage.
Technical data
All values are typical figures specified at 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz input voltage, symmetrical
phase voltages, 24 V, 500 W output load, 25 °C ambient temperature and after a 5
minutes run-in time unless specified otherwise.
