HANDLE THE BLADES WITH CARE. THE BLADES ARE
EXTREMELY SHARP AND CAN CAUSE SEVERE
LACERATIONS.
1. Unplug the unit and press the Eject button to remove the
blades.
2. Slowly dismantle the blades by sliding the rivet out of the
keyhole slot. Wash them with hot soapy water or place
them in the dishwasher.
3. Clean the handle with a slightly damp cloth and dry
carefully.
NOTE: Do not immerse the appliance in water or place it
under running water.
Storage
Place the knives back in plastic cover and keep it in a place
where children can't reach. A ring on the flex allows you to
hang up your appliance on the wall.
Hints and Tips
I
Never place your hand on top of the blade to sup-
port it while operating. The blades are designed to
move back and forth.
