1. Ultrasonic principle
Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation effect caused
by high frequency ultrasonic wave vibration signal in the fluid.
Microscopic bubbles are formed, and then implode violently
causing the cavitation which create an intense scrubbing
action on the surface of the item being cleaned. The bubbles
are small enough to penetrate microscopic crevices, cleaning
them thoroughly and consistently.
Ultrasonic cleaning is extremely effective at removing dirt
and grime which would normally require tedious manual
cleaning by hand. It has been used to clean a wide variety
of instruments and mechanical parts such as carburetors,
returning them to almost "like new" condition without damage
to delicate parts.
2. Safety precautions
•
Make sure the voltage value is within the default voltage range.
•
Don't remould this machine.
•
Please prevent the control panel from being eroded by detergent, acid or alkali solution etc.
•
Make sure the ground wire is well-connected with the machine before using the machine.
3. Aplications
This list is almost endless. Provided the product is non porous and can normally be immersed in water,
they can be thoroughly cleaned. Here are some examples:
- Beakers
- Sowing loops
- Blades
- Miscellaneous parts of microscopes, balances, centrifuges
- Scalpels, various material
- Electric components
- Tattoo needles
Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended to be used to clean the following gemstones: Opal, Pearl,
Emerald, Tanzanite, Malachite, Turquoise, Lapis and Coral.

4. Operation
4.1. Control panel
•
Buttons: Time, Ultrasonic, Degas
•
Leds: Power (red led), Ultrasonic (blue led)
1.
Fill at least 2/3 of the stainless steel tank with a cleaning solution. Based on cleaning
requirements, a small amount of cleaning solution is recommended because it will help to
increase the cleaning performance.
2.
Dismantle the spare parts to be cleaned as possible as you can, and remove the dirt, oil
contaminants, carbon deposit etc with a high-pressure jet, wire brush, scraper knife or other
tools so as to prolong the service life of the cleaning solution and ensure the cleaning speed and
performance.
3.
Put the spare parts to be cleaned into the tank and make them fully-immersed, but not
overlapped as possible as you can.
4.
Start ultrasonic cleaning:
A. Connect the power socket on the back to a power with the power cord (the red indicator will
turns on and the LED screen will display "180".)
B. Press the "TIME" button to switch the cleaning time in the following time circulation:90S -»
120S -» 150S -» 180S -» 210S -» 240S -» 270S -» 300S -» 330S -» 360S -» 540S -» 720S
-» 900S -» 18M -» 21M -» 24M -» 27M -» 30M -» 90S (18 cleaning time in total).
