Replacement procedure
1. Pull a digital scale up to get an access
to two stainless steel pins
2. Use Ø3 mm bar to push out 2 stainless
steel pins. Save them for reuse
3. Pull the handle off the valve and take
care of proper recycling (Materials are:
Nylon plastics and CuZn36Pb2 metal)
4. use correct spare parts handle
003Z3050 for DN 15, 003Z3052 for
DN 20 - 32, 003Z3051 for DN 40-50
and affix it to the position of the old one
5. Replace the pins . Use Ø3mm bar to
"hide "them into holes in the plastic
handle
6. Replace the digital scale setting at 0 at
totally closed valve.

Austausch des Handrads:
1. Die untere Skala nach oben schieben,
um Zugang zu den beiden
Sicherungsstiften zu erhalten.
2. Die beiden Stifte mit einem 3 mm
Splintentreiber (Dorn) ausschlagen.
Achtung: Die Stifte für die Befestigung
des neuen Handrads aufbewahren.
3. Das alte Handrad abtrennen und
fachgerecht entsorgen (Materialien:
Nylonkunststoff und CuZn36Pb2).
4. Das passende Ersatzteil wählen und
anstelle des alten Handrads aufsetzen:
003Z3050 für DN 15, 003Z3052 für
DN 20 - 32 und 003Z3051 für DN 40 - 50.
5. Das Handrad sichern, indem die beiden
Stifte wieder bündig eingeschlagen
werden.
6. Die untere Skala bei geschlossenen
Ventil in Position 0 kalibrieren.

Udskiftnings procedure
1. Træk digitalskalaen op for at få adgang
til de to rustfrie stålstifter.
2. Tryk stifterne ud med en 3 mm dorn, og
gem dem for genbrug.
3. Træk håndtaget af ventilen. Tænk på
miljøet ved bortskaffelse. (Materiale
nylon og metal)
4. Anvend det korrekte håndtag,
003Z3050 for DN 15, 003Z3052 for
DN 20 - 32, 003Z3051 for DN 40 - 50
og monter det i stedet for det gamle.
5. Genmonter stålstifterne. Anvend 3 mm
dornen for at skjule dem i hullerne i
håndtaget.
6. Sæt skalaen på 0 ved fuld lukket ventil
og tryk skalaen på plads.
