1. Disconnect the building-side connecting
cable from the power supply and secure it
against being switched on again. To do
this, trip the corresponding circuit breaker
of the house installation.
2. Remove the lamp cover (4) from the
light and carefully lay it aside so that it
cannot be damaged. Remove the mounting
plate (1) by loosening the screws (2).
3. Drill two holes in the mounting base and
place there if necessary. Dowel in. The
positioning of the holes should correspond
to those of the screw holes on the
mounting plate. Make sure that the dowels
are flush with the substrate.
4. Guide the building-side connection cable
through the mounting plate and then fix the
mounting plate (1) to the mounting base
with the aid of two screws.
5. Connect the wires of the cable according
to Figure 2.
6. Insert a bulb into the socket and screw
the bulb cover (3) back into the luminaire.
7. Place the light back on the mounting
plate (1). Then retighten the screws (2) to
fix the light to the mounting plate.
8. Slide the lamp cover onto the light from
above.
