Scope of delivery:
1x fan (1)
1x fan wiring harness (2)
1x on/off switch wiring harness (3)
1x on/off switch (4)
1x fan holder (5)
4x screws (6)
4x blind rivets (7)
1x plug-in fuse (8)
Mounting
Remove the seat and tank. Drain the coolant and remove the right radiator.
Mount the fan (1) on the fan holder (5) using the four screws (6).
Run the cable as illustrated (A).
NOTE:
For Husaberg, only remove the right spoiler and the seat.
Mount the fan holder with the mounted fan on the right radiator, inserting
the four blind rivets (7) included in the package in the available holes (B).
Mount the on/off switch (4) on the handlebar in your desired position.
Connect the on/off switch wiring harness (3) to the two terminals on the battery.
Warning!
First connect the red wire to the positive terminal of the battery (+) then
connect the other wire to the negative terminal of the battery (-). (C)
Connect the fan (1) socket to the corresponding plug on the fan wiring
harness (2) as seen in illustration (D).
Make sure the cables are run neatly without kinks.
Hold the wiring harness in place with cable ties.
Fill the cooling system and bleed as described in the Owner's Manual.
Check the fan for proper functioning.
