9. Stand the assembled unit upright.
10. Plug the Cam Lock Covers (9) onto the
visible Cams Locks to conceal the Cams.
11. Insert the Shelf Pins (8) into the desired
holes in the Side Panels (B and C). Make
sure that you place four Shelf Pins in the
same level so the shelf is not tilted. Tilt and
rest the Adjustable Shelves (F) onto the
Shelf Pins (8) making sure the end notches
of the Shelf fit onto the Shelf Pins properly.
Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, Power Drill, 3/8" Drill Bit and Rubber Mallet.
12. Ask for assistance to position the assembled bookcase at the desired location against a wall. If necessary,
adjust the pre-attached floor levelers at the bottom of the legs (G) to level the unit.
13. Follow the instructions printed on the plastic bag containing the tipping restraint hardware to attach the
tip-over restraints to the unit and the wall.
NOTE: The tipping restraint hardware included is for drywall construction. It will be necessary to drill
holes for the wall anchors. Depending upon your wall construction, different anchor hardware maybe
required. Please contact your local hardware store for assistance.
