– The stipulated vibration total values and the stipulated
noise emission values have been measured according to
a standardized test procedure and they can be used to
compare one power tool against another.
– The stipulated vibration total values and the stipulated
noise emission values can also be used for a preliminary
load assessment.
WARNING:
– The vibration and noise emissions generated during
actual use of the power tool may deviate from the
indicated values, as they will depend on the way in which
the power tool is being used, especially with regard to the
type of workpiece being processed.
– Try to keep the load caused by the vibrations as low as
possible. Wearing gloves when using the tool and limiting
working time are examples of measures that can be
taken to reduce vibrations. All parts of the operating cycle
are to be taken into consideration (e.g. times when the
power tool is switched off and those when it is switched
on, but is running without a load).
