Maintenance and care:
The electric diaphragm pump is maintenance free.
Regularly check the pressure-carrying parts (pressure hose and nozzle) and the live parts of the
pump for possible damage or wear.. Replace defective parts immediately with original parts.
In order to avoid crystallization of the urea solution in the pump, the system must be completely
emptied and rinsed with a neutral liquid (water) when not in use for 2 weeks or longer.
Ordering spare parts:
When ordering spare parts, the following information is required:
Type specification, designation of the ET, order number
The following maintenance periods should be strictly observed to ensure trouble-free operation
Entire plant, visual inspection
Connection cable, terminal posts
Visual inspection
Pressure hose
Nozzle
Check for loose connections
