Problem
Air purifier
does not start
Airflow is less than
normal and the Pre-Filter
light is on
Airflow is less than

Possible Causes
The air purifier
is not plugged in.
The fuse is blown/circuit
breaker is tripped.
Power has not been turned on. • Push the POWER On/Off button once to turn on
The front cover is open.
Power failure.
The Pre-Filter needs
to be cleaned.
The Charcoal Filter needs
to be replaced.
The 99.97% True HEPA Filter
needs to be replaced.
The unit is on an unstable
or uneven surface.
What To Do
• Make sure the air purifier's plug is pushed completely
into the outlet.
• Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box and replace
the fuse or reset the breaker.

• Close the front cover. Make sure it snaps into place.
• Turn the unit back on after power has been restored.
• Remove and clean the Pre-Filter (see Care and Cleaning
section).
• Replace the Charcoal Filter (see Care and Cleaning
section).

section).
• Move the air purifier to a stable, even surface.
