� The mixing paddle thread must be
compatible (type and dimension)
with the specifications of the tool's
rotation shaft thread. Accessories with
an incorrect size cannot be properly
protected or controlled;
� Never leave the tool before the rotating
accessory is completely stopped. The
paddle can come into contact with the
surface, making you lose control of the
tool;
� Make sure that the ventilation grilles
are not obstructed during operation.
Do not insert any objects inside these
openings;
� Always keep the handles clean, dry
and free of oil and grease;
When using the machine, schedule
some time to rest and avoid using it for
long periods. Permanent vibrations are
harmful to health.
A massive load of vibrations may
damage
nervous
and
systems, especially to whom have
circulatory problems. Inform your
doctor if any symptoms arise caused
by vibration. Among these symptoms,
that occur especially on fingers, hands
and wrists, is also included loss of
sensation, pain, muscle weakness, skin
discoloration or tingling sensation.
2.5 - Maintenance
and cleaning
Before cleaning, adjusting, repairing
and maintenance works, the power
cable must be unplugged.
Replace worn or damaged parts
immediately, so that the machine is
always in a safe operating condition.

The machine must be carefully cleaned
after each use.
Do not use aggressive cleaning
products. These products may damage
plastics and metals, compromising the
safe operation of the machine.
Maintenance:
Only maintenance works described in
this instruction manual may be carried
out; all other works must be performed
by an official distributor.
Keep all the nuts and screws well
tightened in order to ensure a safe
operation.
Use only VITO-approved tools for this
machine or technically identical parts.
Not doing so may result in personal
injuries or damages to the machine. In
case of doubt, you should contact an
official distributor.

3.1 - Mixing Paddle

1. Tighten the connecting rod (3) in the
mixing paddle (1);
2. Fit a spanner in the mixing paddle
fixing thread (2) and tighten the
connecting rod with another key;
3. Insert the connecting rod in the
rotation shaft thread (8);
4. Fit a spanner in the rotation shaft
thread and tighten the connecting rod
fixing thread (4) with anoter spanner;
4. oPerating
instructions
This tool is intended for mixing mortars,
cement, floor glue, plaster and paints.
When operating it, you should consider
some procedures:
� Always hold the equipments with both
hands on the handles;
� Never switch the tool on when the
rotating accessory is in contact with
the materials to be mixed. You should
only insert the rotating accessory into
the mixing container after the maximum
speed of rotation has been reached;
� Keep the power cable away from the
stirrer during operation;
4.1 - start and stoP (fig. c)
1. Before plug the power cable in, make
sure the "ON/OFF" switch (9) is off;
2. Hold the stirrer with both hand on
both handles (5);
3. Press the "ON/OFF" switch and
insert the mixing paddle (1) on the
container;
4. To turn the stirrer off, release the
"ON/OFF" switch;
to operate in continuous mode:
5. Press the "ON/OFF" switch and
the locking button (10) simultaneously.
Release both button and use the
machine with the "ON/OFF" switch
locked;
6. To turn the stirrer off, press the "ON/
OFF" switch and release it;

The selection of the speed of rotation
depends on the type of material to be
mixed. The stirrer has a selector that
allows selecting two speed ranges and
a speed controller that allows adjusting
the speed for each interval.
