BEFORE USING THE STAND MIXER
▶Before using the stand mixer, make sure that the speed selector is
in position 0 and that the power cord is disconnected from the power
outlet..
1. Choose the accessories you want based on the task at
hand:
▶The beaters are for easily working dough, whipping cream and egg
whites, preparing mayonnaise and purées. They are also particularly
suitable for mixing or whisking sauces and pudding powders.
▶The kneading rods are ideal for preparing consistent yeast doughs
and easily potato doughs for casseroles and potato omelettes.
2. Insert the beaters or kneading sticks.
NOTE
▶Make sure that both the rods and the others are well placed in
the receptacles; otherwise, the operation of the machine could be
affected.
▶Both types of accessories cannot be used at the same time.

USE
1. With the mixer unplugged, attach the attachment of your
choice.
2. Then check that the gear selector is in position 0 and
connect the plug to the socket.
3. Set the speed selector to the speed you want and start
mixing. The mixer will run at full speed when you press the
instant power button.
4. The maximum duration of the periods of continuous
operation must not exceed 5 minutes and between two
consecutive cycles it is necessary to allow the appliance to
refuel for a minimum of 10 minutes. When preparing doughs
that contain yeast, it is advisable to set the speed selector
to positions 1 or 2 and then activate the maximum speed to
achieve optimal results.
5. Remove the remains that have adhered to the rods with a
rubber or wooden spatula, never with any utensil that could
damage it.
6. To remove the rods, grasp the shafts loosely with your
fingers, move the gear selector to the eject position and press
• To combine liquids and incorporate solid ingredients..

• For creaming butter and sugar to a creamy consistency, making

• Tip: Always start at a low speed and gradually increase the speed
to prevent ingredients from splashing out of the bowl. When
adding dry ingredients use the lowest speed to avoid splashing..
• When you have finished blending, put the speed selector in the
ejection position of the blender attachment and disconnect the
plug from the outlet.
