13. Side Burner Installation
a). From underneath the side burner remove
two screws which are assembled on the
bottom of the side burner shelf (C). Open
side burner lid and place the Side Tube
burner (V) through the opening. Place the
side Tube Burner (V) tube over the side
burner gas valve and make sure
side Burner gas valve is inserted into side burner tube.
as shown in Fig.18.
b). Then with two screws secure the side burner
from underneath to the Side Burner Shelf (C).
as shown in Fig.18.
c)..Connect the ignition wire from Firebox
assembly (A) control panel to the side
burner igniter pin from underneath the
side Burner Shelf &Control Panel(D).
as shown in Fig.19.
14. Side Shelves Assembly
a). Loosen the two screws which pre-assembled
onto firebox left side panel (I) but do not
remove Completely. Align the bottom key holes
on side shelf (B) with the two loosened screws as
show in Fig. 20, and then tighten. .
b). Use three ¼-in x15-mm truss head screws with
locking washer(AA) and three ¼-in x15-flat
washers (EE) to keep the left side shelf
in place (These three ¼-in screws are screwed
through the front and the rear screw holes which
are located on the top of the left shelf). As
shown in Fig. 20.
Note: The top 3 screws of the firebox should be
screwed from the inside to outside for left side
shelf. But the bottom 2 screws should be
tightened from outside to inside.
c). Secure the left side shelf front panel and
main control panel by using two 5/32-in x 10-mm
truss head screws with locking washer(BB) and
two 5/32-in flat washers (DD). As shown in Fig.
20.
