3. Power switch
Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position. If the plug is connected to a power receptacle
while the power switch is in the ON position, serious accidents can occur.
4. Extension cord
When the work area has no power source, use an extension cord of sufficient thickness and rated
capacity. The extension cord should be kept as short as possible.
HOW TO USE
Inserting and removing parts
Inserting tools:
Clean and lightly grease tool shank before inserting.
Pull back fastening sleeve and hold.
Twist the tool into the holder and push it in until it engages. The tool shank locks in position automatically.
Pull the tool to check if it is locked correctly.
Removing the tool:
Push back the locking sleeve of the tool holder and remove the tool.
2. Handle attachment
For reasons of safety, the rotary hammer should be used only with the handle attachment.
