Página 9 ASC5500G RPA Sicherheit Sicherheit im Umgang mit dem Kältemittel Wartungsarbeiten an der Fahrzeugklimaanlage dürfen nicht bei betriebs- warmen Motor durchgeführt werden. Für Wartungen an der Fahrzeugklimaanlage muss die Oberflächen- temperatur von Anbauteilen oder umgebender Teile kleiner als 405 °C sein. Tragen Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung (Schutzbrille und Schutz- handschuhe) und vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit dem Kältemittel.

Sollte dieser unter 95 %, liegen, nimmt das Gerät das Kältemittel nicht an. Vor jedem Absaugen aus dem Fahrzeug oder vor dem Befüllen des inter- nen Kältemittelbehälters startet die Kältemittelanalyse automatisch.

ENTER-OK Nein 1. „Erneut versuchen“ mit ENTER bestätigen. Das AirConServiceCenter prüft insgesamt bis zu dreimal. Wenn die Funktion aktiviert ist, wird nach dem Einschalten der Benutzercode abgefragt, ohne den man die Station nicht mehr starten kann. Es können bis zu 10 verschiedene Benutzer mit individuellen Codes angelegt werden.

Aus diesen Daten kann ein Report generiert und auf einen USB-Stick übertragen werden. HINWEIS Der USB-Stick muss mit dem Dateisystem FAT32 formatiert sein.

Página 40 Betrieb ASC5500G RPA Klimaanlagentest ohne Kältemittelservice HINWEIS Der Klimaanlagentest kann nur bei Fahrzeugen durchgeführt werden, die mit einem Niederdruck- und einem Hochdruckanschluss, bzw. nur mit einem Niederdruckanschluss ausgestattet sind. Wird an einer Fahrzeugklimaanlage ausschließlich ein Funktionstest durchgeführt (ohne Kältemittel abzusaugen und zu recyceln), würde nach Abschluss dieses Tests das in den Serviceschläuchen des Klimagerätes vorhandene Kältemittel dem Fahrzeugklimaanlagensystem fehlen.

Es können dieselben Prozesse wie beim Schnell- start durchgeführt werden, einzelne Prozesse können jedoch ausgelas- sen werden. Außerdem können zu jedem Prozess die jeweiligen Werte individuell über die Tastatur eingegeben werden.

Página 46 Betrieb ASC5500G RPA Klimaanlage spülen HINWEIS Mit dem Menü „A/C Spülen“ wird die Fahrzeug-Klimaanlage mit frischem Kältemittel gespült. Das Spülen ist vor allem geeignet, um altes Kompressoröl zu ersetzen oder um metallische Rückstände weit- gehend aus der Anlage zu entfernen. Vor dem Spülen muss zunächst das Kältemittel aus der Fahrzeug- Klimaanlage abgesaugt werden.
Página 47 ASC5500G RPA Betrieb 11. Komponenten des Systems vom Kühlkreislauf trennen, die nicht gespült werden können. Diese Komponenten sind zum Beispiel: – Kompressor – Leitungsfilter – Festdrossel – Sammelbehälter – Filtertrockner – Expansionsventil 12. Die zu spülenden Komponenten der Fahrzeug-Klimaanlage nach Herstellervorgabe über spezielle Adapter mit den Service- kupplungen (15) und (16) des AirConServiceCenters zu einem Spülkreislauf verbinden.
Página 48 Betrieb ASC5500G RPA 20. Vor jeder Arbeit an einer Fahrzeugklimaanlage muss eine Dichtheits- prüfung durchgeführt werden. Beim Spülvorgang wird der Spülkreis- lauf mit einer Probefüllung Kältemittel befüllt. Über einen Zeitraum von 5 Minuten muss der Druck im Spülkreislauf konstant bleiben. Die Durchführung des Spülvorgangs ist nur möglich, wenn dieser Test erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde.
Página 49 ASC5500G RPA Servicearbeiten 32. Serviceschläuche (13) und (14) abkuppeln und zur Bestätigung ENTER drücken. Die Serviceschläuche werden nun geleert. Anschließend ist das Gerät für weitere Einsätze betriebsbereit. 33. Ventilkappen auf die Anschlüsse der Fahrzeug-Klimaanlage auf- schrauben. Servicearbeiten Dichtheitsprüfung Führen Sie zusätzlich zur internen Dichtheitsprüfung des AirConServiceCenters jedes halbe Jahr eine Dichtheitsprüfung mit einem elektronischen Lecksuchgerät durch.

Schraube (D) aus der Halterung herausdrehen und Trocknerfilter gerade herausziehen. 13. O-Ringe (E) ersetzen. Neue O-Ringe vor dem Einbau mit Kälte- mittelöl benetzen.

Wechseln Sie hierzu in das Menü „Weitere Menues“ – „Service“ und geben Sie hier den Code „7782“ ein. Mit den Pfeiltasten  oder  den gewünschten Ein- trag wählen und mit ENTER bestätigen.
