the nearest authorized service center if the issue was not settled.

• The refrigerator enclosure may emit heat during operation spe-
cially in summer, this is caused by the radiation of the condenser,
and is normal.
• Condensation could be detected on the exterior surface and door
seals of the freezer when the ambient humidity is high, this is nor-
mal. Wipe the condensation away with a dry and soft cloth.
• A buzzing sound is generated by running compressor specially
when starting up or turning off.
Possible Cause
• Check whether the refrigerator is plugged
in and connected to power.
• Low voltage.
• Power failure or tripped circuit breaker.
• Odorous foods should be closely wrapped.
• Some foods may be rotten.
• The interior of the refrigerator needs clean-
ing.
• Normal during summer when the ambient
temperature is higher.
• Do not place too much food into the
freezer at one time.
• Do not add foods until they are cooled
down to room temperature.
• Frequent opening of refrigerator/freezer
door.
• Make sure the refrigerator is connected to
power.
• Light bulb is damaged.
• Door is stuck by food packages.
• Too much food inside the unit.
• The unit is not leveled.
• The refrigerator is not leveled.
• Make sure the refrigerator parts are prop-
erly placed.
