1-2. Insert CIDETRAK
CMDA COMBO MESO-W hanger into applicator tip
®
hole on top.

6. When hanger is securely
attached to branch,
remove pole applicator
from hanger.
CARRIER PACK ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Open box at top. Fold side flaps
outward and attach support strap.

removed, hanger will automatically
reposition.

hangers loaded on to cardboard
strip, 1 applicator tip, support strap
and 2 packs of MESO-W dispensers.

dispensers to the hanger.
APPLICATION:
Attach dispenser securely
to lateral branches at 20%
of the distance between
the trunk and branch
terminal at ½ tree
height of mature trees.

and the rubber band.

securely to lateral branches as
shown. Target branches 1" to 1.5"
in diameter.
