The power supply is interrupted. Plug the power plug firmly into the socket.
There are too many ingredients
in the working container.

container are too big or too

One ingredient is sticking to the
blade.
The appliance's recommended
operating time (1 minute) has
been exceeded.
There are too many ingredients
in the working container.
The ingredients in the working
container are too big or too
hard.
The temperature of the food is
too high.
Remedy
Press the power switch continuously during
operation.
Take a portion of the ingredients out of the
working container.
Only put small (approx. 5 cm) and soft
ingredient pieces in the working container.
Unplug the power plug, remove the food
that is stuck and clean the blades.
▪ Switch off the appliance and unplug the
power plug from the socket.
▪ Let the appliance cool down completely
prior to switching it back on.
▪ Reduce the quantity of food to be pro-
cessed before you switch the appliance
back on.
Take a portion of the ingredients out of the
working container.
Only put small (approx. 5 cm) and soft
ingredient pieces in the working container.
Let the food cool down to under 60 °C.
