16 Once the food has been fryed, remove .
the lid. Carefully remove the frying basket
from the oil tank and insert it on the back
bracket.
17.Once the oil excess has been drained,
place the food on a absorbent cooking
paper sheet, so any remaining oil can be
absorbed.
18.If you are planning on frying food in
several rows, ensure the oil mantains the
selected temperature.
After use
1.Ensure the temperature control knob is
set on the OFF position and unplug the
power cord from the electrical outlet.
2.Once you have finished cooking,
remove the lid and place the basket over
the oil tank by inserting it on the back
bracket. Allow the oil excess to be
drained.
WARNING: Hot steam is liberated
when the lid is removed. Take extra
precautions when handling the lid. Keep
