USE INSTRUCTIONS.
Before starting up the concrete wall planer, we
recommend that you carefully read all of the
instructions as indicated. Please respect all
regulations regarding the prevention of accidents,
health and safety directives, laws and applicable
restrictions for work places. The concrete wall
planer must only be used by persons who have
been instructed in its use and only for the purposes
for which it has been designed.
POWER SUPPLY.
Make sure the power supply is adapted to the
requirements shown on the information panel of
the concrete wall planer (1). Using the motor at low
voltage will make it operate slowly. This will reduce
performance and may cause the motor to overheat.
EXTENSION CORD.
If the working area is at some distance from the
power supply, use an extension cord of enough
diameter and quality.
ADVANTAGES.
The concrete wall planer includes soft start,
constant power control and overload protection.
Soft start protects the motor from excessive current
shock and enlarges motor lifetime. Constant power
control ensures stable power while the concrete
wall planer works with different loads. With the
overload protection, the concrete wall planer will
automatically shut down if it is overloaded, which
prevents the motor to be burned.

CONNECTING TO AN EXTERNAL VACUUM SYSTEM.
The concrete wall planer can be connected to an
external vacuum system to collect the dust produced
during the planing process. To do so, first make
sure that a suitable bag is fitted inside the vacuum
(not supplied) for collecting plaster and mortar.
Installing an unsuitable or defective dust collection
bag will increase the amount of dust in the working
area. Prolonged exposure to high concentrations of
dust may affect the respiratory system. Connect a
vacuum hose to the concrete wall planer . It is not
advisable to use the concrete wall planer without
first connecting a dust collecting system, as this
may cause breathing problems.
CARBIDE BLADE REPLACEMENT.
Unscrew the 4 lateral screws with a screwdriver
and gently take off the aluminum cover (2). Use
a socket wrench to loosen and open the spiral
blades, one by one (3). Attention!. To replace the
most inner blade, don't leave the pin (4). Assemble
the new blades (5) and close the aluminium cover
again with the 4 lateral screws.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT.
When the height adjuster is at the same level of
the steel plate, the concrete wall planer is at the
maximum height of scouring, which is 3,5 mm. The
calibration can be done with the rotation button.
Each small cell is for 0,06 mm, each big cell is for
0,33 mm and one loop is for 1 mm. While scouring
concrete, cement, granite or other hand materials,
it is suggested to use the lowest depth.
LOCK-ON BUTTON.
The concrete wall planer is fitted with a blockade
button system. For it press the switch and then
press the lock-on button (6). Just by to return to
press the switch you will disconnect the automatic
blockade . Attention!. In case of every stop or a
power cut, the lock-on button has to be released
immediately by pressing the on/off switch, in order
to avoid an unintentional restart.
MAINTENANCE.
The concrete wall planer has been designed for
a long working life with minimum maintenance.
Optimum use depends on correct care of the
concrete wall planer and regular cleaning. To prevent
accidents, always unplug the concrete wall planer
from the power source before cleaning or performing
any maintenance. The concrete wall planer may be
cleaned effectively using compressed air after each
