Maintenance and warranty
Electric guitars, which are made of wood, are very fragile and sensitive.
1. Try to avoid exposing your guitar to low/high humidity and temperatures, as well as high variations of
humidity/temperature. The ideal environment for storing a guitar is a temperature around 20,5ºC (70ºF) and
an humidity rate between 40% and 50%.
2. If you travel with your guitar, it is strongly recommended to carry it in a hard case especially designed for
electric guitars. To avoid any damages due to pressure and temperature variations, if you plan to travel by
air, it is also strongly recommended to slightly de-tune all the strings before traveling.
3. When cleaning your guitar, do it with a soft dry cloth, and possibly with a polish especially designed for
electric guitars. Do not use detergent as it may damage your instrument. Clean your guitar after each use,
making sure to wipe the fingerboard and the strings.
4. If you need to replace the strings of your guitar, contact your local music shop and ask a qualified
technician for assistance.
5. When you do not use your guitar, store it in hard case, especially designed for electric guitars. If you plan
not to use it for a long period of time, it is recommended to slightly de-tune all the strings, without removing
them.
6. Should any abnormal event occurs, contact your local music shop and ask a qualified technician for
assistance.
