Troubleshooting
Won't build pressure

1. Disconnect plunger rod from cap A by removing the hitch pin and disengaging the plunger (Fig. 1).
2. Pull cap A and pull plunger B out of the tank. Unthread cap L and remove pump cylinder C (Fig. 2).
3. Remove mono valve D & K from bottom of cylinder B & C by pushing on the valve stem until the mono

5. Before replacing pump assembly in the tank:
a. Be sure supply tube extension G is inserted into the pump cylinder C and supply tube F, in plunger cap A,
b. The gasket J in the cap A must be properly seated and the cap A firmly tightened on plunger B
c. Lubricate plunger O-ring E with petroleum jelly. Do not use oil.
d. Place pump cylinder C in tank and thread cap L on tank opening. Insert plunger B through cap L.
e. Reassemble plunger rod to plunger cap A and install hitch pin.
Won't pump or is difficult to pump
Valve

1. Follow steps 1 and 2, above.
2. If supply tube extension G is not firmly in plunger cylinder C, reinsert it.
