- Damage to the device or parts of the device resulting from normal wear
and tear due to the use of the device or from any other natural wear and
tear.
• The warranty period is 24 months and begins on the date of purchase of
the device. Warranty claims must be asserted before the expiration of the
warranty period within two weeks of ascertaining the defect. The assertion
of warranty claims after expiration of the warranty period is excluded.
Repair or exchange of the device does not lead to an extension of the
warranty period or the start of a new warranty period for this device or any
other spare part installed on the device.
• To assert your warranty rights, please register the defective device at:
www.startngrill.com . Please have proof of purchase or other proof of
purchase of your new device available. Devices sent without the
corresponding supporting documents or without a nameplate are excluded
from the guarantee due to the inability to register them. If the defect of the
device is included in the warranty, you will immediately receive a repaired
device or a new device.
