1. Assembling left upright tube
Insert Left upright tube(3) to the base frame (2) with two sets
of Half-round bolt M8X16(A13), Flat washer φ8(C3) in the front
and one set of Half-round bolt M8X45 (A9), Flat washer φ8(C3)
at the side. Do not tighten the bolts. (see figure 1)
2. Assembling right upright tube
Put signal wire (43) through Right upright tube (2) and Insert
Right upright tube(2) to the base frame (2) with two sets of
Half-round bolts M8X16(A13), Flat washers φ8(C3) in the front
and one set of Half-round bolt M8X45 (A9), Flat washer φ8(C3)
at the side. Do not tighten the bolts. (See figure 2)
3. Assembling
computer/handlebar
a. Connect the signal wire (43) with the wire comes out from
the computer/handlebar (11). (see figure3)
b. Tighten the computer (11) to the Left & right support tube
(3, 4) with four Bolts M8X16 (A4). (see figure3)
c. At last, tighten all the bolts from step 1 and step 2.
