LIMITED WARRANTY
ALL SUNTERRA PRODUCTS ARE MADE WITH FINE
CRAFTSMANSHIP AND THE VERY BEST IN QUALITY.
Our Sunterra pumps, liners, and bio-filters are warranted to the user
against defective materials and workmanship.
Covered products
01. The Sunterra pumps offer a two-year limited warranty.
02. The Sunterra liners are manufactured of 20 MIL PVC material
and come with a 15-year limited warranty.
03. The Sunterra Bio-Filter offers a two-year limited warranty.
04. Sunterra light sets offer a one-year limited warranty.The limited
warranty does not cover the halogen bulbs.
Limited warranty exclusions
01. Our limited warranty does not cover any costs associated with
the installation or removal of products subject to warranty claims.
02. All of these warranties are from date of purchase. Replacement
liability is limited to Sunterra's sole discretion of any part or parts
of the unit's defective material or workmanship. Proof of purchase
is required for all claims against the limited warranty.
03. This warranty does not extend to damage of a Sunterra product
or part resulting from accident, misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse,
improper installation or normal wear and tear to the product(s).
This limited warranty extends only to the original user of the
Sunterra product.
Safety
Regular maintenance must be performed on any limited warranty item
based upon the Sunterra Design Guide recommendations. REMEMBER
to always unplug the pump before handling. Do not exceed voltage on
the pump. Product is not to be operated below 41°F—Freeze Damage
May Occur. Do not pump heated liquids, and always keep the cord
away from heat and high temperature. Connect the pump with the
proper voltage and GFCI outlet.
