Troubleshooting
Check the following before contacting technical support.
PROBLEM
The device does not
work.
Water extraction
capacity is too low.
The device works, but
reduces the relative
humidity insu cient-
ly.
Dehumidi er is
blowing out warm air.
The display is not
showing the humidity
set point.
Water on oor.
The dehumidi er is
noisy.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The power is not connected.
The water tank is full.
The tank has not been installed
correctly.
Runtime is too short.
Ambient temperature or
humidity is too low.
The room is too big.
There is too much ventilation.
The air lter is clogged.
Set humidity is higher than the
ambient humidity.
The dry air is passed over
heating coils before it is blown
into the room as part of the
dehumidifying process.
The display shows the room
relative humidity not the set
point.
There is residual water in tank,
and the appliance has been
moved abruptly.
The air lter is blocked or the
device is on an uneven surface.
SOLUTION
Insert the plug into the wall socket.
Empty the tank.
Replace the tank.
Be patient and wait.
It is normal that the device does not dehumidify in
these conditions.
We recommend using a dehumidi er with a greater
capacity.
Reduce ventilation (e.g. close windows and shut
doors).
Clean the air lter.
Set the humidity lower than ambient humidity.
This is normal, a dehumidi er is not an air cooler.
Press the up or down button once to see the selected
relative humidity.
Be careful when moving the tank.
Clean the lter or put the device on a at surface.
