TIPS
·
Defrost frozen food before laying it on the teppanyaki.
In order to grill meat adjust the thermostat to maximum and make sure that the appliance is
·
thoroughly heated before laying the meat on the griddle.
·
If you only need to use a part of the teppanyaki, then place the food in the middle to obtain the ideal
cooking result.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
·
Set the thermostat to minimum (0), remove the plug from the socket and wait until the teppanyaki
has cooled down completely.
·
It is recommended that all food residues be removed with a wooden spatula or a heat-resistant plastic
utensil while the appliance is still hot. If the residues dry up, they will be harder to remove.
·
Do not immerse any part of the teppanyaki plate in water or any other liquid. Should water get on the
electrical contacts, dry them off carefully.
Wipe the baking tray clean with a soft cloth or kitchen roll. For the removal of dried
·
food residues, use a soft sponge with hot water and a small amount of dish-washing
detergent.
Excess fat and moisture can be poured off easily, using the drainage hole in the
·
corner of the appliance.
·
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive products or brushes.
