Solution
Make sure the cooktop is
connected to the power supply
and that it is switched on.
Check the household fuse for
the appliance. Check whether
there is a power cut by trying
other electric appliances.
Unlock the controls (→ Safety
mode (child lock)).
Make sure the touch control
area is dry. Use the ball of
your finger when touching
the controls.
This is normal for cookware and
does not indicate a fault.
Release the key and then the
appliance reset automatically
Stop and cool the appliance
