• Avoid any contact with the hot parts of the appliance while in
use and when cooling.
• When you have finished ironing, always empty the water from
the iron.
• Don't allow children play with the appliance. Keep the appliance
out of the reach of children.
• When connected to the mains or cooling down, hold the steam
iron and the cable cord out of the reach of children under 8 years
old.
• VERY IMPORTANT: Never immerse the appliance in water or any
other liquid.
• You may get some smoke and/or smells during the first few uses.
This is completely normal in this kind of appliances.
• During the first use it is possible that the products used in the
manufacturing process of the appliance may contaminate the
steam. We recommend that you allow the steam to flow for a
few minutes before starting to iron.
• It there still rests of water in the tank, it is due to the quality
controls made in our production line.
• The cleaning and maintenance done by users, can not be done by
children without any supervision.
• If the cable were to deteriorate it must be changed by an
Authorised Service Centre.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
STEAM IRONING
• Set the temperature selector (7) to its maximum position (MAX) by turning it clockwise.
• Before filling the tank with water, set the adjustable steam knob (3) to the off position ( ).
• To fill the tank, always do so with the iron unplugged from the mains.
• Open the filling lid (4) and pour water into the tank using the cup provided.
• Do not go over the MAX indication of the tank (8) to avoid overflowing.
• Replace the lid.
• Connect the iron to the network. The indicator (9) will light up.
• Once the pilot light (9) goes off, move the steam knob (3) to the maximum steam indication ( ) until getting
the desired amount of steam.
SUPER STEAM
• The temperature selector (7) must always be set to its maximum position (MAX).
• Press and release the button (2). Repeat this operation at intervals between each time you press the button.
• If you wish to obtain a greater super-steam set the steam control knob (3) to the off ( ) position.
