14.5 Knob for temperature
With the knob for temperature you can set desired
temperature from 70 – 230°C.
Please note
► The temperature knob is not for switching off the device.
► The thermostat will turn on and off during heating to
maintain the temperature.
14.6 Knob for function
upper heat
lower heat
upper heat and lower heat
grill function for the rotisserie.
The rotisserie rotates and the upper heating elements are on.

14.7 Knob for timer
Set the desired time clockwise, the control lamp lights up.
A beep will sound when the desired time is over and the
device will turn off.
Turn the device to OFF to switch it off.
When you turn the knob to ON, then the device will ON until
you manually switch it off.
Please note
► If you want a cooking time shorter than 20 minutes then turn the timer knob to 40 minutes
and then back to the desired time.
14.8 Rating plate
The rating plate with the connection and performance data can be founded on the back of
the device.
