4. No claim under the warranty may be asserted if defects in the garden house are due to
improper use, insufficient maintenance or non-compliance with the installation instructions.
The warranty claim lapses if repairs or interventions will be carried out by persons not
authorised to do so by the seller or if the garden house will be fitted with spare parts,
additional parts or accessories other than the original ones, which will contribute to the
defect.
5. Cases covered by the warranty shall be resolved so that unsuitable parts are repaired or
replaced with suitable parts at the seller's choice. This must be done upon presentation of
proof of purchase with date of purchase and/or date of delivery.
6. More elaborate or other claims, in particular claims for compensation for damage caused
outside the garden house are excluded from the warranty, insofar as the obligation does not
arise from mandatory legal regulations.
7. Warranty cases do not lead to an extension of the warranty period, nor do they constitute
the beginning of a new warranty period. The warranty period for repaired or replaced parts
expires at the same time as the warranty period for the garden house as a whole.
8. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase (date shown on the proof of
purchase) and lasts for 2 years for unfinished houses and 5 years for finished garden
houses.
9. Complaints about defects must be submitted to the seller in writing within 2 months from
the date of delivery, stating the garden house model, the code of the defective parts and the
proof of purchase.
10. These warranty conditions are only valid if the garden house was purchased from an
official seller, authorised to sell the product.
