Storage

All parts must be completely dry before being stored.
− Always store the sewing machine in a dry area.
− Protect the sewing machine from direct sunlight.
− Store the sewing machine so that it is not accessible to children, securely
locked away and at a storage temperature between 41 °F and 68 °F (+5 °C
and +20 °C - room temperature).

Troubleshooting

Solution
Reinstall the batteries,
making sure the
polarity (+/–) is correct.
Install new batteries.
Use the correct and
functioning power
adapter
Remove and re-insert
the needle with the flat
side of the needle to
the back.
Insert a new needle.
Tighten the presser
foot.
Replace with a full
bobbin.
Re-thread the needle,
making sure it is
threaded from front to
back.
Insert a new needle.
Remove and re-insert
the needle.
Loosen the thread
tension number to
between 3 and 5.
