5. OPERATION
WARNING
Connect the power plug to a certified, grounded power outlet only.
Before you start exercising, read through and follow all advices and
instructions mentioned in chapter "Training and operating instructions".
• When you begin training, start at a low speed until you are used to using the
treadmill.
• Safely stop exercising by pressing the STOP button.

run at a speed of 0.8 km/h.
