Remove the burner from the grill by lifting the burner out.
4.
Use a 6 mm socket and wrench or 6 mm nut driver to
remove the LP brass orifice from the end of the gas valve.
The main burner NG orifice is located behind the LP orifice,
so no additional orifice needs to be installed.
A. Main burner orifice
IMPORTANT: Check that the LP orifice is properly removed
inside of the burner opening.
5.
Reinsert the burner and reattach using the cotter clip
previously removed. Repeat the procedure for each main
burner. Make sure the burner tube is inserted into the gas
valve, as shown.
6.
Position the igniters so they are 1/8" (3.2 mm) away from
each burner.
Change the Sear Burner Orifice
1.
Use a screwdriver to remove the screw from the igniter
pin.
2.
Remove two screws on the rear of the searing burner. Lift
the burner starting from the back, as shown.

Use a 6 mm socket wrench or 6 mm nut driver to remove
the orifice.
4.
Replace with the Natural gas orifice.
