the Child Lock sensor (5) until the indicator is off. Now you can use the appliance.

sensors should be always kept clean.

When the appliance is switched off then all the cooking zones are disconnected and the in-
dicators are off.

shown on for 10 seconds on the cooking zone display (3). Now the desired heat setting can
be set using the (+)(4) or (-)(3) sensor fields (see "Set the heating power").

itself off.

"Release the child lock").
Switch on the cooking zone
Touch Of/Off (1) to turn on the appliance and activate the desired cooking zone. Then operate
the cooking zone as follows:
1. Select the desired cooking zone using the cooking zone selection sensor field (1) (sensor
field layout reflects the layout of individual cooking zones),
2. Set the desired heat setting using the (+)(4) or (-)(3) sensor fields,
3. To change the heat setting again as described in point 1, select the desired cooking zone
using the cooking zone selection sensor field (1), and then set the desired heat setting
using the (+)(4) or (-)(3) sensor fields.
If none of the sensor fields is touched within 10 seconds, the cooking zone
switches off.
A cooking zone is active when its display is brighter than the others. This indi-
cates a cooking zone is ready for the heat setting to be set or changed.
