Installation manual
NB! All screwing work must first be carried out with a drill in order to avoid splitting the
wood.
1. Frame and floor
The frame should be laid on the floor according to the scheme. Build a strong foundation
of 1800x1656 mm. Place the frame beams (Pos. 8) on the floor at the edges. Make sure
that the frame beams are placed on a flat ground and that the diagonals between the
corners are of equal length. Then place the floorboards (Pos. 10) on the beams already
prepared, divide the boards so that there are spaces of approximately 1.5 mm between
them and nail the boards with 2.5 * 50 mm nails (84 pcs). If necessary, cut the last board
to obtain the desired size.
2. Wall installation
Join the front wall element (Pos. 4) tight with the ends of the floorboards; the door
grooves should face each other. At the same time as your helper holds the element,
screw it with a 4.5x50 mm screw to the floorboards.
Connect the front wall element with 4.5x50 mm screws (5 pcs) to the side wall element
(Pos. 2), and then the elements with 4.5x50 mm screws (3 pcs) to the floor.
Similarly, assemble the other side wall and rear wall elements (Pos. 1; 3).
Then place the gables on the front wall and the rear wall (Pos. 7).
Place the front wall gable on top of the wall. The width of the door sill should be 1020 mm.
Connect the gable with 4.5x50 mm screws to the cross beam of the front wall, screw from
bottom to top.
Place the rear wall gable in place and secure it with 4.5x50 mm screws (4 pcs). Screw
from bottom to top.
3. Roof installation
The side beams should be attached to the outer side of the wall element with 3.5 * 30 mm
screws. Follow the C-C scheme! The eave of the roof above the front wall and the rear
wall depends on customer preferences.
The rafter consists of 2 details, which should be joined with 3 * 35 mm screws; follow
scheme B-B! Place the rafter to the gables with 3x35 mm screws. While mounting the
rafter, pay attention that it protrudes from the front wall and the rear wall as well as the
side beams.
Then mount the roof boards (Pos. 11). NB! Use a ladder because it is not allowed to climb
to the roof. Leave a gap of approximately 1.5 mm between the boards for dilation. If
necessary, cut the last roof board to obtain the desired size. Attach the roof boards to the
rafters with 2.5 * 50 mm nails.
Now attach the roofing material (Pos.19) with 2x16 mm nails to the roof. Start from the
bottom edge of the roof and leave approximately 10 cm of roofing material above the
ends of the roof boards and then fold it down and fix it with a board (Pos. 14).
Assemble the side boards (Pos. 12), boards for roofing material (Pos. 13) and the eave
edgings (Pos. 14), follow the scheme C-C! For this use 3.5 * 30 mm screws.
