LOADING - TO RESTART WITH EMBERS ( Moderates flames )
In case of starting with embers, go on as follows :
•
Thicken the embers on center foyer .
•
Open totally the prime air.
•
Wait few minutes till in the brazier appears a flame sufficient for a new starting.
•
Load some wood pieces and wait for the complete starting.
•
Replace the prime air in the normal position as indicated in the chapter "Regulations".
SHAKING FOYER GRATE (Fig.1-2 )
•
Open the ash door using the thermic glove and employing the poker, shake the grate of
the foyer. The ash will fall down into the ash drawer and the foyer will be always clean
and ready for next wood loading.
ASH DRAWER
•
The ash drawer should be emptied from ash using the thermic glove. The ash drawer
emptying should be done when the stove is cold.
•
The ash drawer is placed under the foyer, to reach it, it's necessary to open the fire door.
•
The emptying of ash drawer must be done when the stove is completely cold. Be careful
to the presence of ambers or warm pieces.
•
Do not forget to insert the ash drawer in its place. The functioning of the stove without
the ash drawer has to be considered dangerous.
•
Please employ the thermic glove in case of ash drawer's emptying when the stove is still
warm.
ACCESSORIES COMPARTMENT
This compartment is placed at the lower part of the appliance and allows to have a space
where you can store the accessories used for the functioning of the appliance. (See Fig. 1-2)
The opening is in frontal way. Remember that the maximum storing weight is 10 kg. Higher
weights can damage is.
N.B.
It is absolutely forbidden to put and/or to utilize alcohol, petrol, or any other liquid fuels
or flammable materials into the accessories compartment, as well as into the ash drawer.
Do not store solid feuls into the accessories compartment.
SWITCH LEVER / SAVER (Only for mod. 174 N e 174 NL)
On the upper part of the stove, is placed a rotating grate called "Saver". It could be regulated
through the switch lever ( Fig.2).This one has to be employed during the starting phase on
Open position, because it improve the stove lighting. Then when the flame is high and the
stove has reach a steady state operation, it has to be placed in Closed position.
This operation allows to improve the combustible consumption so the performance are better.
