• Make sure that the cord is not hanging over the edge of the table or
counter, does not touch any hot surfaces or is coming directly into
contact with the hot parts of the appliance. Do not place the appliance
underneath or close to curtains, window coverings etc.
• Make sure the cord does not touch the hot parts of the appliance.
• We advise to place a heat resistant coating between your table and the
appliance (this way you don't get burns on your table or table cloth).
• Be careful with oil and fat preparations, because they might catch fire
by overheating. Provide proper ventilation when using the appliance.
• Do not use this appliance in the bathroom or near a sink filled with
water. If this appliance has fallen into the water do not under no
circumstances directly grab this appliance, but first pull the plug from
the socket.
* Competent qualified electrician: after sales department of the producer
or importer or any person who is qualified, approved and competent to
perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In any case you
should return the appliance to this electrician.

BEforE firSt uSE
• Take the appliance and the accessories out of the box. Remove the
stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
• Before use, clean the appliance and all the spare parts with a damp cloth.
uSE
1. Fill about half of the grill tray with charcoal.
2. Place the heating element on the fuel in such a way that the handle of
the firelighter remains outside the grill tray.
3. Now fill the grill tray with the remaining charcoal. Handle and cord
shouldn't come into contact with the fuel.
4. Check again if appliance and cord are in the right position.
5. Put the plug in an earthed power outlet.
6. After about 2 minutes the charcoal starts to smoke, after 4-5 minutes
there arise some flames. After about 9 minutes the flames will
disappear and charcoal begin to glow. After 8-12 minutes the coals are
white, indicating that they have reached the right temperature.
7. Unplug the appliance, then remove it carefully from the grill tray. Grab
the handle with one hand only and let the appliance cool down on its
holder, which should stand on a sufficiently large and heat‐resistant
surface.
