Any warranty rights exercised as a result of faulty material or manufacturing defects
will be considered valid on the basis of the following warranty conditions:
This appliance has been manufactured and tested in compliance with the latest technology.
The seller warrants that this appliance is free from defective material and workmanship for a
period of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase. In case of industrial use, the warranty
period set by legal regulations is 6 months.
During the warranty period any defects arising from faulty workmanship or material will be
repaired free of charge. All complaints must be communicated as soon as the defect is iden-
tified.
Only if, as a result of the repairs or substitution of the appliance, the use intended by the
manufacturer is not achieved, the purchaser will be able to demand, within a period of six
months from the date of purchase, a reduction on the purchase price or the annulment of the
contract.
The warranty right becomes void if either the purchaser or a third party tampers with the
appliance. Damages excluded under the warranty are those caused by improper use of the
appliance, wrong setting, scale, descaling attempts with detergents or vinegar, washing ma-
chine laundry water, inadequate electrical connection or installation as well as by acts of God
or other external causes. This also applies to damages of parts subject to normal wear and
tear (e.g. the ironing board cover).
In case of dispute we reserve the right to repair or replace the defective parts. The replace-
ments then become ours.
Any rights to damages are excluded in so far as they are not due to the manufacturer's
intention or negligence.
