Anti-ice Function
The anti-ice function is an automatic protection for the device to help avoid damages
caused by very low temperatures below 5 ºC, when the product is turned off during
the cold season.
This function is enabled, but its activation does include an indication. Once the
temperature increases to a safer level where ice and freezing damage can be avoided,
water heating is turned off again.
We recommend leaving the product connected, as well as in the case of long periods
of inactivity.
"Thermal disinfection cycle" function
The function is activated by default. It is a cycle of water heating/maintenance at 60 °C
for 1 hour performed to exert a thermal bacterial disinfection action.
The cycle starts the first time the device is turned on and each time it is turned on after
an interruption of the mains power supply. If the device is always run at a temperature
below 55 °C, the cycle is repeated every 30 days. When the device is turned off, this
function is deactivated. If the device is turned off during the disinfection cycle, the
function is deactivated. At the end of each cycle, the temperature of use returns to the
temperature previously programmed by the user.
