General usage:
1. Insert the plug into the socket (usually found at the motor of the device), the display
will now be activated.
2. MANUAL will be the first program in the main menu. By means of the PROGRAMS
key you can switch between the different programs, namely the various pre-
programmed programs and H.R.C. Programs.
3. With the USER key user programs can be entered, this involves creating your own
training program.
4. The safety key must be on the treadmill, otherwise the treadmill will cause a
malfunction and will not work.

With the shortcuts, the speed and inclination can be easily and quickly
