Hearing damage due to high volume and prolonged exposure: When in use, this product is capable of producing high sound-pressure levels
(SPL) that can lead to irreversible hearing damage in performers, employees, and audience members. For this reason, avoid prolonged
exposure to volumes in excess of 90 dB.

INTRODUCTION

The LD DS21 is an all-purpose 2.1 24-bit speaker processor with outstanding sound quality, which can be easily configured via the practical
front operating panel, and conveniently edited via PC software.
The rackable device is suitable both for live use and fixed installation, and offers adjustable EQ, crossover, delay and limiter functions.
The parametric 3-band EQ of the LD DS21 offers a variable bandwidth as well as high and low frequencies. Crossover filters available for
selection include Butterworth, Bessel and Linkwitz-Riley – with slope values between 6 dB and 24 dB. The delay time for the three outputs
can be individually adjusted to values up to 12.5 ms, the limiter value for the threshold and hold time can be separately configured for the
L/R and subwoofer channels.
The operating element, which consists of an illuminated 2-row LC display and a rotary encoder, makes it possible to quickly retrieve up to
6 presets, and also offers real-time level display. The back of the device has two XLR sockets for inputs, three more XLR sockets for the
stereo L/R or subwoofer output, as well as a USB connection. Also included in delivery is a CD with editing software, a power cable and a
USB cable.

To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove cover (or back). There are no user serviceable parts
inside. Maintenance and repairs should be exclusively carried out by qualified service personnel.
