Warranty
3 YEARS, s/ Law 7/2021, from 2022, which amends the revised text of the
General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other
complementary laws, approved by Royal Legisla�ve Decree 1/2007 of
November 16, with the excep�on of 1 YEAR for power supplies, bateries and
batery chargers (provided they have not been subjected to overfeeding
and/or overloading).
In order to process the warranty, all products must be sent for repair in their
original packaging, together with all the accessories, manuals and cables that
they may have originally contained.
In order to process the warranty, a copy of the proof of purchase is required.

The repair of the products will be carried out according to the problem
communicated by the customer, indica�ng clearly and as explicitly as possible
where the incident is, in order to solve it correctly. In the event that there is
no fault, the costs of diagnosis and shipping may be charged.
In case of impossibility in the repair of the ar�cle, this one will be able to be
replaced by one of similar or superior characteris�cs, valuing the state in
which the damaged one is received.
The warranty only covers manufacturing faults; therefore, this warranty does
NOT cover damages due to:
- Misuse of the device, rust and/or humidity.
- Modifica�on or physical damage due to accidents of any nature or caused
by the customer.
- Damage due to mistreatment.
- Tire punctures.
- Looseness produced by the wear and tear of the �re.
- Mismatches in the braking system / replacement of brake pads.
- Manipula�on by third par�es not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Breakdowns caused by the entry of liquids inside.
