DRIVER REPLACEMENT
See Figure 1.
1. Disconnect the tool from the air supply and remove any fasteners that
remain in the tool.
2. Using a 5 mm hex key, remove the four bolts (5) from the top cap (8)
of the tool.
3. Remove the cylinder cap seal (15).
4. Remove the driver unit (18) from the cylinder (19).
5. Insert the new driver unit (18) into the cylinder (19). Be sure the driver
shaft is inserted in the proper direction.
6. Reassemble parts in the order shown in Figure 1. Be sure that the
press ring (16) is positioned with the wider edge up.
7. Reinstall the cylinder cap seal (15).
8. Replace and secure the top cap (8).
NOTE: To properly seat cap, tighten the screws at alternate corners
a few turns at a time until all screws are secure.
