The device emits unusually loud noises during
operation
*Note: Ensure that the device is off and the cable has been disconnected from the power supply
before performing the steps listed above.
2) This device has been tested in compliance with the standard EN 60601-1-2:2001
Electromagnetic Compatibility. However, it is not possible to rule out minor electrical
interference or that other devices can cause electromagnetic disturbances. Should distur-
bances occur, the following measures are recommended for resolving the problem:
a) Use different power sockets for the devices.
b) Increase the distance between the capsule mixing device and the susceptible unit.
c) Switch the device off and on again.
3) If it is not possible to identify the problem, please contact your local dealer or
VOCO GmbH, Cuxhaven to find an optimal solution.
4) Repair
a) Our warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs within
the warranty period despite the device being used properly in accordance with the user
manual, you are entitled to have the device repaired free of charge (does not apply to
fuses or other wearing parts).
b) Please only use original spare parts from the manufacturer so as to guarantee their
quality.
Solution
Change the fuse*
Check that the locking screws have been removed
from the device. If not, remove them.
