▶Check that the connection is made accordingly.
▶Check that the bottle is at a distance of at least 50cm from the
appliance.

▶Open the gas bottle by turning the tap.
▶Ignite by turning the knob clockwise and adjusting the flame as
desired.
▶At the end of cooking, put the button in the CLOSED POSITION and
close the bottle tap.
▶The lit burner can be seen above the dash, through the hole.
▶Cooking juices drip into the tray through the hole in the plate. Keep
the tray under control, empty it as many times as necessary.
FLAME REGULATION
▶The flame can be regulated.
▶The button contains the following symbols.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
▶After use, wait for the entire surface to cool down and always clean
the appliance.
▶The surfaces must be cleaned with a damp sponge and a detergent
product. Do not use any abrasive product.
▶If the device is not used for a long time, keep it in its packaging and
keep it in a dry and clean place.
▶If the burner or valve holes are clogged, never use metal objects
to free them, you could change the diameter of the openings and
risk burning yourself when relighted. You can use for example
compressed air.
