5. Troubleshooting
Problem
The
monitor
does not
connect to
the App.
The device
cannot
normally
collect data.
Abnormal
heart rate
EKG
waveform
is
disordered,
and greatly
cluttered.
EKG
waveform
drifts.
Possible Cause
Your smart device is
not compatible.
The distance between
the monitor and your
smart device is too
great.
The monitor is
connected to another
device.
The battery is low.
Equipment damage.
Poor contact between
the skin and the
monitor electrodes.
Measurement method
is incorrect.
Poor contacts for
EKG electrodes.
Hand or body may be
moving.
Solution
Check whether your
smart device is
compatible.
Keep your smart
device near the
monitor.
Check the other
smart devices around
you and turn off their
Bluetooth.
Please charge the
device
Please contact your
local agent
Moisten the
electrode areas of the
monitor.
Refer the manual and
ensure you're
wearing it correctly.
Please clean the
